Greenham Common, Berkshire – Sunday 5th October
Runners, families, and supporters are invited to lace up for a cause as the Greenham Half Marathon with all proceeds going to New Life Babies, a charity dedicated to supporting critically ill and premature newborns across the UK.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Greenham Common the route offers participants scenes of past significant landmarks from Greenham Common’s Cold War history, providing a unique and memorable experience.This year’s event promises to be the biggest yet, with hundreds expected to take part to raise funds and awareness for New Life Babies’ vital work in neonatal care.
In addition to the main race, the event will feature a cannicross & refreshements—making it a true community day out. Should you wish to go the extra mile, our splash of purple campagin returns again. Pledge to raise £50 in return for purple running t-shirt on the day.
