Roc Search chooses New Life as Charity of the Year 2023
We are delighted to have been chosen by Roc Search's HQ in Reading as their official Charity Partner of the Year 2023. The staff at Roc Search Reading chose New Life having seen the impact our work has made on so many families and premature babies. Roc have a very strong ethos of giving back to the community. The staff in the Reading office want to take part in fundraising events, organised challenges and volunteer initiatives. They hope to kickstart the partnership with entering a team for one of our biggest golf days in the year!

We are sure the support of Roc Search will enable further funds to be raised towards our nominated projects in 2023, including funding the rollout of the 'V Create' system into more neonatal units. This system enables neonatal staff to upload pictures and videos of the babies in their care, which enables parents to access a video link to see their baby and their progress. This is a secure video messaging link to minimise separation anxiety for parents of premature babies when their babies are spending long stints in the neonatal unit.
Our CEO will be visiting the Reading office to meet staff and to discuss further fundraising initiatives. Many staff have already put their heads together and have ideas on how they can support us to raise funds and are looking forward to organising a couple fo their own events. Watch this space!
