We’re back! New Life Babies Charity Launches Biggest Annual Fundraiser – Sportathon 2026
New Life babies, a leading UK charity supporting premature and sick babies, is thrilled to announce its annual Sportathon event taking place May 9-10, 2026. This 24-hour fundraising extravaganza invites the community to get involved through activities like spinning, swimming, tennis, and yoga. Attendees can also enjoy family games, face painting, and an evening party. As one of New Life Babies largest yearly events, Sportathon 2026 aims to raise £42,500 to fund vital medical equipment and provide essential support for local neonatal units. This year’s fundraising efforts will focus on purchasing a life-saving incubator for Reading Hospital, costing £24,000, alongside multiple much-needed items for Basingstoke Hospital totalling £18,500. Together, these contributions will help ensure premature and critically ill babies receive the highest standard of care during their earliest and most vulnerable moments..
